Avondale High School utilizes Parchment™, Education’s Trusted Intermediary to provide transcript delivery service for students who graduated in the year 2010 and beyond.
Graduates must submit transcript request with Parchment when applying for college, the military or a scholarship program that requires transcripts. It’s faster and safer and you can access the system online 24/7 from anywhere!
Visit https://www.parchment.com/ and create a profile. Once your profile is created, you will be able to review and make your selection from the list of participating organizations. PLEASE NOTE: The list of participating organizations changes regularly. Payment is made online and fees vary depending upon the college to which you’re applying.

Be prepared to provide your name at the time you attended Avondale High School, graduation year, current address and current telephone number.

Instructions
§ Go to www.parchment.com and click on “Sign Up.”
§ Create a profile/account by entering your personal information, address, email address, and password. Choose and answer two security questions. Click on “Save and Continue.”
§ Select your high school. Click “Save and Continue.”
§ Enter enrollment information. Click “Save and Continue.” Complete transcript authorization form. A parent signature may be required (done with touchpad or mouse).
§ Select destinations for your transcript (Academic Destinations, NCCA, Common Application, Myself, or Other Destinations) Select electronic or paper delivery.
§ Pay fee (if applicable) online.
§ If you did not ask ACT to send your scores to a specific college when you took the test, you will need to have your ACT scores sent to the college, please request them at www.ACT.org.
Fee Information
For now, most fees will be covered by the State of Michigan. The Michigan State Initiative covers the fees for e-Transcript services for all participating public and private high schools and colleges. It also covers transcripts sent to participating colleges and universities in the twelve states in the MHEC (North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.
What this means is that transcripts sent to participating schools in these states are available at no cost to students. This includes the NCAA Clearinghouse, which is within the MHEC.
Any transcripts sent outside of the above-listed states are available for a nominal fee of $2.55 per transcript for electronic versions, and $4.25 per transcript for paper versions. This includes:

Please include a check or money order for the total amount made payable to Avondale High School if not using PaySchools.

§ Include the address where you need the transcript mailed. Official transcripts can not be mailed to the student. Transcripts must be sent directly from AHS to the college, university, employer, etc.
